Discover the incredible abundance of wild herbs and their benefits during this guided coastal walk, as you discover how to work with nature's gifts and learn how to identify, forage, store and use your own wild remedies. There are many plants which specifically benefit female health and wellbeing and we'll be covering a few of the most common and easy to find.

🌱We will be working with around 15-20 wild herbs, which could include flowers, fruits, and foliage.
🌱You will learn how to correctly identify the wild herbs, and how to forage for them safely and within the law.
🌱We'll look at the herbal benefits of the wild herbs, paying particular attention to how they can be beneficial to female health and mental wellbeing.
🌱We'll cover why it's important to know your own body, and how to keep yourself safe when foraging for herbal remedies.
🌱You'll learn about a few of the ways which these herbs can be prepared and applied, as well as how to store herbs for long term storage.
