About the Event

Gather around the table and discover the incredible variety of wild herbs, and how they can be used to create delicious teas.

Hosted at the historic St. Matthew's Wellness Centre in Prudhoe, we'll be celebrating the wonderful floral flavours of Summer, and working with wild flowers and herbs to create delicious and refreshing drinks which can benefit us in both body and mind. The majority of the ingredients will be seasonal and easy to find in your own local area, and we will cover in detail how you can recreate your own blends at home. Herbal teas are an easy way to make use of your dried herbs, and a wonderful way of expanding your knowledge of wild edibles, so come and immerse yourself in the art of herbal tea blending and discover how to preserve those floral notes of Summer.

- Extra Information -

As you turn off front street on to South Road, you’ll see St Matt’s on the island straight ahead. It looks like an old church. On the approach there is free public car park on Fairview on the right. This is only a 30 second walk up to the clinic. There is also street parking on the right of our centre that is free too. It’s a one-way system around the island that St Matthew’s sits on: you would drive past the centre and turn right to access this road. Please be mindful of our neighbours and ensure that you don’t obstruct pavements or drives.

An email will be sent out to all attendees a few days before the event to email addresses used during the booking process to confirm all of the details and meeting information. Please check your spam filters for these emails.
