• Engage in spamming or flooding.

3. Purchasing

In purchasing tickets for an event or gift voucher you agree to all of  the following terms and conditions:

• Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation, in the form of a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, or you get an error message, please check your account for confirmation or use the contact information to get in touch. It is your responsibility to confirm your booking. 

• The person booking tickets is required to supply all relevant information on mobility restrictions,  medical conditions, and allergies. There is a box on the checkout page where this information should be entered.

• Please make sure that all information is accurate at the time of booking. If after completing your purchase you notice a mistake, please get in touch as soon as possible.

• It is the responsibility of the person booking the tickets to list the attendance of any children under the age of fourteen in their party. Any children not listed may not be able to attend for such reasons as the maximum capacity of the event.

4. Cancellations

• If ticket holders need to cancel a place at an event, please notify The Cramlington Forager via email stating your full name and the date and title of the event that you were booked on to attend. 

• For cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice, rescheduling or a gift voucher will be offered or a full refund will be issued. 

• In the event of failure to attend or cancellations by ticket holders within 72 hours of events, The Cramlington Forager is under no obligation to refund payment by money or voucher or transfer bookings. 

• In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event by The Cramlington Forager, ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to reschedule, a gift voucher or a full refund. 

• In the unlikely event of cancellation by The Cramlington Forager due to bad weather or illness, as much notice as possible will be given to ticket holders.

• The decision of The Cramlington Forager to cancel an event on the grounds of the weather and safety is final.

• The Cramlington Forager is not liable for expenses (other than ticket price) incurred by ticket holders in the event of an event having to be cancelled.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for upto one year from the date of purchase.

• One voucher can be applied to multiple events, or as part-payment of more expensive events.

• Valid voucher codes must be applied at the checkout when booking an event on this website.

• In the event of failure to attend or cancellations by the voucher holder within 72 hours of a booked event, The Cramlington Forager is under no obligation to refund vouchers or transfer bookings paid for with vouchers.

• Vouchers are not refundable in all or in part.

6. Facebook Competitions

• All competitions are open to UK residents aged over 18.

• The prize is a £30 voucher which can be redeemed against any of the events running in 2024. 

• This prize can’t be redeemed for cash.

• The closing date for entries is Friday 15th December 2023 at 10am. Any entries received after this date won’t be included.

• One winner will be chosen from entries submitted through Facebook only.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

The Cramlington Forager collects information provided directly by you in such instances as during the booking or the purchasing process, registering an account or signing up to the newsletter. This information may include but is not limited to your name, email address and postal address. Any information collected will only ever be used for the purpose in which it was collected.
